Sheila Lyons plays an integral role as Business Office Manager at Belmar , bringing more than 17 years of senior living experience. She is passionate about supporting residents and families while helping create a welcoming, resident-focused community.
Nina Brahimi
Wellness Director
Nina Brahimi joined Belmar Oakland as Wellness Director in January 2026, bringing more than 19 years of healthcare experience, including 11 years as a nurse. She is passionate about person-centered care and promoting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents every day.

Coordinator
Kelly Roncelli-Valenza’s passion for senior living was inspired by the close relationship she shared with her grandparents. She is dedicated to helping seniors and families find the care, support, and community that best fit their needs.
